Good morning James - no surgery. They have all told me that there
was no surgery that could be done for me. I think it is because they
don't know what is causing it. From what I can gather, I think there
are many things that actually cause this. They haven't pin-pointed
my cause, yet. They said I have a slightly bulging disk, but that it
was normal for a 'person of my age'. They also said I have arthritis
in that area which may be causing it, also.
Today, so far is another good day since wearing the arch supports. I
took one Ibuprofen 800mg yesterday afternoon, around 2:00 - and that
is all I took the entire day. Today, I don't seem to need anything
at all, yet. But the day has just begun, too. Truly, I don't know
if this is all coincidence, or what, but each day is getting better
since I began wearing these arch supports. Last night, I found out
another one of my friends was wearing them, too. He doesn't have
piriformis syndrome, he has some kind of problem with his feet, and
he works on concrete and stand all day, and sometimes double shifts.
He loves them, they have helped him a lot, too. Like I said in my
last message, these are not the same thing as doctor prescribed arch
supports. I will keep you posted on my progress. So far, so good.
