Re: [Piriformis syndrome] Arch Supports

The GOOD FEET arch supports are not the same as doctor prescribed
arch supports, where all they do is make the arch supports to fit
your foot the way your foot is shaped now. These are not like that
at all. These are designed to take your foot back to the arch
support that you had as a child, and to re-align your spine to the
way it is supposed to be. I'm on the three step program, and you
wear the flatter ones most of the day, and the ones that are supposed
to change the shape of your foot, you start out 1 hour a day and add
20 to 30 minutes a day, until you get used to them. They teach you
to stand straighter and it helps to take some of the pressure off
your lower back / spine area. Today is my 5th good day in a row. I
can't swear to you that this isn't coincidence, maybe it is. But I
have seen a great deal of improvement in the way I feel lately. I've
been doing a lot more riding (still with the pillow - because I don't
want to chance it) - and Friday I felt so good, I swept and mopped my
office, the file room and the hallway at work. Could be coincidence,
I don't know, don't care, I just know I feel better more each day
since I got them. Yesterday morning, I went for about a 1 mile walk
while wearing them. I did pretty good, could have been better. But
I've only had these for 3 weeks, now. They might not work for every
single person that tries them, but I'm getting more and more
convinced every day.
