DID YOU GET THE MESSAGE I SENT YOU? I HOPE SO, CAUSE IT WAS REALLY
LONG, AND I DIDN'T SAVE IT. I LEFT OUT A COUPLE OF THINGS.
WHEN I WENT TO PT - THEY DID ULTRASOUND (I THINK IS WHAT IT'S CALLED)
WHERE THEY ATTACH SOMETHING TO YOUR SKIN IN A COUPLE OF PLACES AND
TURN IT ON AND IT GENTLY CONTRACTS THE MUSCLE AT INTERVALS. THAT
WASN'T TOO BAD. AND THEY ATTACHED SOMETHING TO THE LOWER PART OF MY
BACK THAT SHOCKED ME, THEY HAD TO KEEP TURNING THAT ONE DOWN TILL I
COULD STAND IT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT WAS CALLED. AND A FEW TIMES
THE THERAPIST DID SOME KIND OF MASSAGE THERAPY RIGHT WHERE THE PAIN
IS LOCATED - WITH HER THUMBS, THAT WAS AWFUL!!!. SAID SHE WAS TRYING
TO 'DRAW IT OUT'. WHATEVER!! THAT WAS ABOUT IT.A
AND WHEN I WENT TO THE CHIROPRACTOR - HE DID ADJUSTMENTS TO SPINE,
HIP AND NECK - AND THEN HAD ME DO ULTRASOUND THERE, ALSO. THEY WERE
MUCH KINDER TO ME THAN THE PHYSICAL THERAPY PEOPLE WERE.
I THINK THAT ABOUT COVERS IT.
