Every time you choose "Reply" when answering a posting
at the piriformis group site, the original message
&email address of the sender (of the message you are
responding to) are repeated at the end of your
message. See" Re: Fibromyalgia" for example of this.

There are software programs that comb through web
pages, gathering email addresses to use for SPAM. I
would like to keep my email address off the website as
much as possible. Otherwise, I will have to keep
changing my address to reduce junk mail.

Let's cut down on junk mail by not using the "reply"
option. It is OK to use it, if you are sending a
message only to me at my address & not sending it to
Piriformissyndrome@yahoo. Does that make sense? Thanks
