Hi, if you have been suffering for 4 years and it has
been confirmed to be the Piriformis causing the
problem why havn't you considered getting surgery ?

Because I won't have anyone cutting into me. It hurts but I can walk with no problems. Sitting for long periods is not pleasant though. Plus I am unemployed...
