Re: Prolotherapy

Actually, no one here has found them helpful for either SIJD or piriformis syndrome. (My hairdresser found them useful for his neck). Other than 24 hrs of pain relief from the marcaine, I personally got no long term benefits from the injections. Results from our 2008 survey were "Prolotherapy injections - 2 people got no PS pain relief and 1 got a 60% pain reduction for one week or less" (My experience was not included in the survey.)

Since then, Angie reported no benefit from injections for unstable SI joint. Also, someone at the surgery site also reported no benefit.

By any chance, do your feet pronate (ankles roll in)? See

I use this product and have been astounded by the immediate changes in my posture & pain level. I used custom orthotics for 20 years. But these insoles are far superior because they treat the underlying foot  structure instability that causes dysfunction from the foot up to head.

If you have this foot problem, these insoles combined with chiro/osteo manipulations  & soft tissue work on feet can be very helpful rebalancing your pelvis (thus eliminating SIJD).

Hope this helps, Mary
