Back from surgery!  I was a ‘bit out of it’ with the anaesthetic and morphine on Friday but the good news is that it is deemed ‘very successful’.  The sciatic and pudendal nerve were released from a lot of fibrous tissue but I don’t know what’s happened to the piriformis.  I will ask in 2 weeks time at follow up.  I’m able to walk, have a little bit of tingling down leg and a sore butt.  Incision is quite big (3 – 4”).  Having dressing changed today.  Happy to answer any questions.
