Hi James. There is a forum discussing people's
experiences with Lyrica in the treatment of
Fibromyalgia at
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/show/271786. Tiredness,
dizziness & weight gain are frequently reported. It
worked for some, didn't for others or stopped working
after a while.

For what it is worth -check it out. Fibro is a more
diffuse, bodywide muscle type pain than P.S. And those
patients are probably taking lots of other drugs which
would tend to increase side effects. I hope this gives
