Hi everyone. Since we have not heard from Nilgun
recently, I emailed her to see how she is doing. I
have summarized her answer below.

She talks about a nutritional supplement she's taking.
It appears to be a combination of natural enzymes &
antioxidants. As with everything - buyer beware. It
may or may not help you. But it is an alternative to
taking to taking those pharmaceutical
anti-inflammatory drugs. Please read the "WARNING: If
you are pregnant, lactating, a hemophiliac, have an
ulcer, are taking blood thinners or anti-coagulants
(such as Coumadin, Heparin and Plavix), do not take
LifezymePlus without the supervision of your doctor or
healthcare provider. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to
surgery. "

If anyone else finds this product helpful (or not),
please let us know. Here's the news from Nilgun.

I was thinking to report Lifezyme Plus to the group,
but was not sure because it is from US and I am
reporting from Istanbul, maybe you already know, but
haven't tried it. It is really good with all kinds of
left over pains from long term PS. It feels like it is
really repairing
soft tissue damage and helps with the pain from muscle
imbalances, too. I recommend you to try it so you can
report from your experience it is really a restorative
supplement.

For members who do not know, I had PS (caused by a
fall) for 4 years and tried everything. I had
Piriformis muscle injection as described in
www.nervemed.com's paper and was successful(just
marcaine no cortisone or botox was needed).

Yes I am better because nothing is worse then tight
sciatica, but I
still have pains mainly due to inflammation on my left
side due long term immobility (and high dose botox
damaged my musles and weakened my nerves on the left
side as well).

I am trying to restore my body balance with pilates
now. I am getting
better everyday, it is nice to walk freely again, but
still not the same as
before.I am working on it.

If you wish to try Lifezyme plus I ordered from the
adress below.

Best Wishes, Nilgun

"Try a natural ant-inflammatory like Lifezyme Plus
for a few weeks and see how you feel... I bet you'll
feel great. Plus,
you'll likely be able to dump all the harsh medz.

Get started now and report back to me with your
results:
