Hi Mary,
My physiotherapist is excellent and very knowledgable
about all the aspects of the human body that I have
questioned her on. She tells me it is actually
possible to lenghten nerves by exercise thus possible
making the sciatic nerve "glide" better around any
obstacles be it muscular, skeletal or vascular. I
presume she has done the test for Piriformis Syndrome
as have several other doctors etc. I will keep you
posted.
