have 'sciatic' pain. really upper hamstring where adductor / tendon
area...also mid hamstring. This started off as butt pain and now
shifted downward. hurts worse when i push my heel into floor or couch
(when lying down)..also when driving...makes me limp after a hour
drive or so. sacriollic joints hurt / sore too. lumber mri is good;
lumbar ct shows l4/l5 degeneration (mild); so nothing bad here. 3
orthopetics can't find reason..lots of massage / met / art therapy. 4
different physical therapists. lots of stretching. piriformis /
adductors are tight..will stretch out after 30 minutes of stretching
and then will tighen right back in a few minutes. just had a pelvic
mri yesterday..(waiting on results)..this came on about 6 months ago
and can't seem to get rid of....any advice / thoughts...help...I feel
so defeated. (i know i'm lucky compared to alot of people..but still
feel defeated...)
