I know just how you feel, I was never in an accident like that but I
have the sciatic nerve condition also. The pain starts in your
buttocks and then travels right down the leg. In my case it is the
front of the leg more than the back of the leg and it travels all the
way down to my feet and ankles. You are right, it is the worst pain
ever. I don't know about the cream, I never heard of it. Most
people that have this condition take some kind of pain medication or
pain therapy of some kind. I also have three bulging discs in my
back also. Which does not help the situation. I work and I am on my
feet at least 8 hours a day. The mornings are the worst as far as
pain. I guess because you are still mostly while sleeping and it
tightens up, I can barely walk in the mornings and get to work on
time. It loosens up after about three hours of being on my feet, but
those three hours I am in agony. I am supposed to go to a pain
management doctor the beginning of next week, because I cannot
function this way day in and day out in pain all the time.
Feel free to e-mail me anytime because that is what we are here for,
for the support and all the info we can get on this. It is a
miserable condition.
Love, Jean
