Hi all - I don't know if this is the right place to be but here goes.
This summer I was in a horrible motorbike accident in which I ended up
with two broken legs and collarbone - I was in hospital for six
weeks. I was healing up just fine and was even ditching my walker for
short periods. Then all hell broke loose and all of a sudden I had
these painful twinges down the back of my legs. This situation
worsened to where I could barely walk and was using my walker full
time again. I had no idea what was wrong but figured it would just go
away. After a week of agony I finally saw a doctor and was told it
was likely my sciatic nerve acting up. I had never had such pain
before - even my broken bones didn't hurt like this. My doctor
prescribed some cream for me (diclo) to apply twice a day. That has
helped a little and the pain is only down one leg now. What else can
I do?

- Heather K.

You might try physical therapy or chiropratry. But since you don't have a diagnosis of Piriformis Syndrome, I don't think we can help you here. Sorry :( Mary ...
