Hi Nilgun. Glad to know you are dancing again. It
makes sense to me that your upper body would get
twisted as a result of the pelvis being twisted.
That's why I think it is important to work with a
Physical Therapist (as you are) who can recognize &
treat the muscle imbalances.

The Barrie book looks very informative & useful. I
wanted to get my PT's opinion on the "backchamp"
before buying it. But I don't see her for a awhile.

Thanks for the information. It is especially valuable
to have techniques that one can use on yourself.
