Hi Mary,

As I wrote before my piriformis is not tight anymore, but I am still going to
physical therapy sports saloon to get strong and regain my body balance. It
looks like a sports saloon but you get to see the doctor first and have muscle
tests etc and exercise according to your strength whilst physical therapists are
there. After this long time with piriformis my left pelvis was twisted inside so
as my shoulder. My left was weaker than right in the muscle tests etc. Now
finally I am dancing without being scared, but it was not just getting strong;

I have found a great manual written by "Alexander Barrie. Correct your Pelvis
and heal your Backpain". And there is also the backchamp(www.backchamp.com) the
exercise gadget to align your pelvis. It is also the first time I read that when
piriformis gets short your pelvis twists and consequently all your upper body
with it in this manual. There are also ways to untwist yourself in this manual.
My shoulders are visibly more even now. Which was increasingly getting uneven
since the PS began. As I regain my body balance back my getting tired quickly
syndrome is healing, too. I recommend this manual and backchamp to eveybody. It
is a very clear self-help manual and pelvic alignment is a good for everybody. I
wish I had read this three years ago. Best Wishes Nilgun

HI Nilgun. I should have written sooner. I am so glad
you are doing better after your long bout with
piriformis. Are you dancing again? Take care and
thanks for your input to the group. Mary
