Hi Mary, Thanks for your reply and well wishes.
The cyst is possibly the cause of the pain. The pain
is also the site of the blood clot I had in
97(popliteal). Hopefully it is the cyst causing the
problem because if it is the blood clot there is
nothing they can do for that at this moment in time.
The surgeon said that if he "cleans out" the knee and
finds the cause of the cyst it might help (70%). I
remain hopeful and optimistic that it is the cyst that
is causing the pain.
