Thank You Mary,

I did try myotheraphy by some Belgium doctor who has a spa in Koh Samui Island
in Thailand. And a cyropracter to correct my pelvic before, because I thought
something moved out of its space when I fell as well. Still they were just three
sessions each because they also thought nothing was wrong with me. I will try
again now, because this may keep the muscle inflamed all the time, romatology
doctor had told me this pain increase cycle has to do with inflammation and
seems to fit with your story. Every time I have some relief of pain and believe
I am well I start doing things and the pain says hello I am still here and is
getting worse by time probably bacause of some damage it is causing on the
sciatica.

I am scared that my sciatica nerve is getting harmed therefore I am being very
careful now. I stopped exercising everyday to keep my legs strong as well; if
there is a scar it has more chance to heal without movement. I will not have
botox again; feeling weak made me feel more disabled then the pain itself. I
panicked because I could not even lift a small shopping bag. You are right I
have to decide myself, but reading about the scars and fibroids changed my view
already about what is right or wrong; so it helped a lot to know the surgery
results. I have been exercising (on the floor not standing) everyday to keep
strong, now I stopped putting my painful leg up and down forward backward and
sideways everyday! All the doctors up to now told me to keep exercising. This
change on its own even can help me to get well sooner. So thanks again to
everyone who share their experiences.

Best wishes, Nilgün
