Hello,
I got the Visian ICL procedure done in my left eye over a week ago
and the right eye 4 days ago. I've had mixed results so far. The
anaesthesiologist for my left eye apparently broke a whole bunch of
blood vessels so the inside of my left eye is blood red. And has
remained this way for the past 10 days. In addition, I have this
weird sensation in my left eye like there's something in it and
everytime I look to the left, it seems blurry. My doc took a look
and said the lens is implanted perfectly and that it's just a matter
of time to let it settle.
Meanwhile, the right eye was done this past Wed and I have had
amazing vision and no weird sensation / discomfort at ALL. It's as
if I never had anything done. It's a stark contrast to what my left
eye looks and feels like.
In addition, I noticed that my left pupil is larger than my right. I
using omnipred for both eyes so I don't understand why one would be
more dilated than the other. My left eye also actually looks smaller
and still aches a bit.
So, I was wondering if anyone else had similar results. I am trying
to give it some more time as my doc says that it may be that my left
eye is just slower in recovering. But I'm getting impatient and it's
disconcerting to have this weird vision in my left eye. Any input
would be greatly appreciated.
