Dear Friends,
In our last update we tried to share some of our experiences at the
raw food festival in Oregon. We forgot to mention anywhere our deep
appreciation and gratitude to the wonderful work that was done by
Victoria Jayne and a team of very few volunteers, including our own
Glenn Weinstein. We thank them for taking upon themselves this
burden, and we will try and give them more help with the next year's
International Festival of Raw and Living Food.
We also like to thank Amy Gayheart for the great work she did in
designing our new brochure. It is truly a work of art, and a raw food
promotion material that you would love to share with your friends.
You can pick up a copy at the health food stores where our products
are available, or we will be happy to mail you copies upon request.

Free Raw Food Classes Around Atlanta
We continue our outreach to the community with our free Introduction
to Raw Food classes. These events are taking place in different
places around town, and are free and open to all. In addition to the
valuable information that we are teaching, we demonstrate how to
prepare a raw recipe, with a free recipe and tasting. Participants
also get to taste some of the other raw foods from Sprout Raw Food
Creations.

St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands
We will teach a basic class, Gourmet recipe class, and free
introduction to raw classes, in the island of St. Croix in the U.S
Virgin Islands. The purpose of this upcoming tour, is to show local
islanders how to use locally grown produce to enhance their health
and quality of life.

Raw passion is coming back to Atlanta, bigger and better, with Dr.
Doug Graham, Prof. Rozalind Gruben, and other raw food teachers and
