Personally i conclude we do age by cellular protein denature rather
than DNA damage. In the case of cancer, DNA damage is prior to
proteins'. I am quite indignant since our bodies are of "rate of
damages > rate of their convalesce" about putative macro molecules.
Reversing the balance is maybe as difficult as stopping time! As long
as the problem subsists, eternal lifespan by macromolecule repair
system is impossible. So stem cell is solution. I wait for any other
opinion.
