Hi Greg,
I'm not certain...I just go by what my inner voice and
"sense" of things is...but here is what comes to me
in regards to your email below.
Regarding free radical damage and cellular mitosis,
I don't think that traditional medicine can answer everything
about aging. It certainly can't explain chakras, kundlini
energy, out of body experiences, etc.
My sense is that the body follows the mind. The cells
recreate themselves healthy when the mind believes
that they should be recreated in a healthy form. If we
see ourselves as in decay we will be. The body functions
follow our belief system. We are quite flexible. I think too
that some people are just here to be physically immortal
and it doesn't matter what they do...they just are. It's a world
of diversity for certain.
Regarding going around the sun, I think that physical
immortality does relate to disconnecting from the idea
that everything changes at the same rate. In other words,
the idea that all bodies are in decline at the same pace
is illusory, but a very popular illusion.
Peace,
Chris

So what I must do first, then, is set free my illusions that "free
radical damage" and "going around the sun/the gregorian calendar
metric" and "cellular mitosis" are signs of aging?
Greg.
