Hi Greg,
My sense is that part of the process may involve
not "wanting" to have the experience (non-attachment).
For what it's worth my sense is that if we pursue truth
and integrity then other experiences that are beneficial
arise from those pursuits.
That being said, since I had what felt like a revelation nearly
6 years ago
(about the illusory nature of the idea that time "ages us")
I don't feel like I look older. In terms of my skin, my eyes,
general characteristic associated with aging, it doesn't
seem like I'm getting older. Once I had an experience
of fear with this while looking in the mirror...but it was a
fear of what society would say in reaction to someone
not aging...and I think I was able to get over that after
feeling it...accepting that many others are slowing or
stopping or even reversing the aging process.
I think that sometimes I look more healthy than others,
but it's no longer an ongoing process of decline. Now
it seems that my body is reflecting my mind, and sometimes
I look more radiant than others, depending on how clear and
in-balance I am feeling.
I'm turning 36 in about a month and the image on my
home page http://ropi.net/c seems to look like pics of
me 6 years ago.
Peace,
Chris

Hi,
Leonard Orr's works on stopping the "death habit" have inspired
me to support physical immortality.
Chris, can you describe for me your feeling as though you have
stopped aging?
I would like to feel similar.
Greg.
