I'm glad more people are taking initiatives at
creating the Immortality Life-Style. I'm curious, what
are others doing daily if not just mental hygiene,
or clearig the mind of irrational programming?

I find personally that my mind/consciousness is the
key to awakening my AWARENESS . because my thoughts
directly influence my behaviors.

Take actions that support life.

And I notice too that other loved ones in my life are
ill but do not question WHY! are they not getting
better or growing healthy?

And if the Medical Establishment is responsible for
keeping us healthy than shouldn't they be encouraging
US to take responsibility for OUR Health and
learn how the body works so we can support
its natural disease-fighting capabilities?!
Why isn't that happening fast-enough?
