Life is certainly NOT a party when one is plagued by fears, whether they be specific of generalized. The body pours out stress chemicals & panic is just around the corner. Even the "idea of the fear" can bring the body & mind into very uncomfortable states.

Here you will learn to disassociate, uncover & disassemble the fear, placing you in the position to manage it with "interactive self-hypnosis." As you always carry these tools with you, your life will become more relaxed & focused.

The focus of this group discussion is how to manage the many different types of phobias/fears. You will be working with thought & emotional management & corresponding body sensations, as well as learning how to program the subconscious mind for change.

All phobias are welcome discussion from the more common such as fear of the different aspects of social phobia, driving, claustrophobia, flying, etc., to the less known such as pareuresis, or shy bladder. This group is welcomed to all free classes online, as well as to other interactive activities at the website.
