This message board is a place for people in the Greater Pittsburgh area to share information, sources, recipes, experiences, and thoughts about following the nutritional guidelines of the Weston A. Price Foundation and Sally Fallon's Nourishing Traditions cookbook. Feel free to post questions, recipes, invitations, information, and links to articles, websites, or events of interest in our region. We hope to create a lively, friendly list that will enable us to meet and interact in person as well as online.

In addition to the email list, please feel free to use the Chat, Files, Links, Database, Polls, and Calendar features that you see in the menu on the left. We have left these features open to all members, but the moderators will review what has been posted there periodically.

Posts to this list and information posted using the Yahoo! features are viewable only by members of this group. When you click the Join button, you will receive an email asking for a few details about yourself and your reasons for wanting to join and detailing the list guidelines. Once the moderators receive these, your membership will be approved and you will be able to use all the list features. The moderators reserve the right not to approve membership for any reason, though this is unlikely.
