will be the only question that matters right now for my good friend,

My friend has less than 6 months to live and he's having major
problems with his wafer not sticking. He's lucky if it doesn't fall
off after 2 hours. He's tried the Hollister spray that he then dries
with a hair blower and that doesn't help. Do you have any
suggestions? This is greatly impacting his quality of life. Thanks
