Hi Tina,
I just hit the "report spam" button every time I see one of these.
Other than that, the owner and/or moderators can ban these people from
the group. However, that does not stop them from coming back with a
different account.
One other way is to put new members on "moderated" status. Then the
moderator has to read the e-mail before it goes to the list. This may
be the best way.
