I just joined this group and I like it very much. I have both a
colostomy and an Illeostomy. I've always had help in changing the
appliances but I want to learn to start doing it myself. What I'm
wondering is how long did it take you all to learn how to do this
yourselves without any accidents and how long did it take you to feel
comfortable doing it? I'll appreciate any help. Thanks
