I am very nervous as of now!!On thursday at 9am
I am scheduled for my takedown and hernia repair!!So much goes
through my mind like,what if it does not work??? what if the
anastomosis breaks apart and I get periotinitis???What if they CAN'T
reverse it and I get the J-pouch??I have not been sleeping very well
pondering this surgery,but if i don't get the surgery,the incacerated
hernia could kill me!!Also I am wondering,if they do successfuly
reverse my stoma,should I stay in this group or unsub?? I would like
to stay a member if the group would not mind,as i would like to
continue to help other members since I have had my ileostomy 2 yrs
now.Maybe I could offer some advice to new ileostomates?? I will
leave it up to the group to decide,then let me know.
