Hi Nicki,
If you are not vomiting, or having pain, then you need something
to "push" it through. Irrigating is a personal choice nowdays.
Some do it so they don't have to deal with stool all day. Even a
teaspoon of Milk of Mag could start moving things through. My guess
is it is the oatmeal, which is good for you. Normal people don't
have a BM every day. Drink plenty of WATER. It is a natural
laxative, esp if you are going to eat oatmeal..go the the Dr if you
start vomiting or having excruciating pain.
