FROM JO: Do you have any pain?? Did you try irrigating your stoma??
This does NOT sound normal to me.A blockage could very well be
forming!! If you ate anything fibrous like some fruits or
veggies,that would sure slow your out put down! I would get to a DR!
I have an ileostomy but was an lpn so I have experience with
colostomies.You could try increasing fluids,irrigating or
laxatives.If none of these help,PLZ PLZ see A DR!!!

Your best bet would be to contact a ET or WOCN nurse. Especially if you are having pain. Grape juice is a good mild (laxative). But for sure contact your...
