Hi Min,
Eat some yogurt, as much as you can get your hands on. Also, you may need to
get a prescription from your Dr. called Diflucan. It is a pill that you
swallow, and takes care of your yeast infection systemically. Cleanliness is
the key. Sometimes I feel lazy and don't want to change my appliance, but I
know the consequences if I don't - leak, or changing in the middle of the night,
or at work.
