Hi Min,

I had a hernia back in 1984. It caused me a lot of probelms with my ileostomy
as it made the stome receed causing me many leakages. I wore a hernia belt
until I could have the surgery to remove the hernia. Once this was done, I
never had a problem again. The hernia belt or ostomy support belt is about 4 to
6 inches wide and has a hole so the bag fits through. It helps push the hernia
in some and allows for less leakage.

lifting. It burns at night when I get out of my wheelchair, but the doctor said
I can put heat or ice. If you've had one what have you done? I have looked it up
online and it said I can push the lump in if it comes out to much.
