Hello Stacy, Have you tried applying for Medicaid and SSI for your husband? I'm
sure that Peace River in Polk accepts medicaid and medicare. You can only apply
online for medicaid at:
www.myflorida.com/accessflorida
To receive SSI and Medicare benefits you can apply at:
www.ssa.gov
If your husband has been already diagnosed with bipolar it will be easier to
qualify for medicaid and ssi/medicare. for help with medicatons go to:
www.pparx.org and if you qualify income wise you should be able to get free
medications there. for more information contact me at: Richard Classens-
