That was wrong. It is four tires and the fourth I pressed for as many
reps as I can do. I was trying to see if I could stack my tires, and
when I just couldn't get the fourth flipped over I started to press
for 4 reps.

I don't have alot of money to spare like most of us don't. So what I do is load up the trap bar and hold it for as long as I can. I pyramid the weight and do...
