Molly, you sounded great, I would have never known you English in not your
main language.

What I do to cope is work on myself, try to live in my own reality which I
have allowed to be altered by him. It is hard work because I had begun to
believe that I am worthless, that I do nothing good enough, that I am a looser,
but that is the plan so he can feel better about himself. So just regaining
my own reality has become hard work. I am starting to go to a co dependency
support group. I all lies with in us. Learning what they do and how they do
only helps us to recognize when they are trying to alter our

... LOL it is. It's gotten rusty, though. And native level doesn't mean one can translate back; translation is a skill set all its own. Which really miffs...
