Jen, Sounds like you made much progress! There is hope! It is extremely
difficult for a PA to see what they are doing. My bf had been buying the porn
shows on the cable channels at 10$ a show. I asked him to at least go to the
store and rent one, but he just could not help himself and did not stop
until we changed companies...now he does not know how to rent one. He used to
hide the bills so I would not see them.

He was abusive at one time, but it stopped about 10 years ago. His only
abuse is that he uses his body to block me now. He used to have a strangle
hold
on me at times, pinned me physically, there is more that I cannot remember.
It is completely amazing how much people do put up with, as I talk about
my stuff with him, I am amazed that I continue to stay in this. I hate to say
this but he is a gun owner also, he collects them. He hunts and shots trap
and skeet. They are kept locked up in a safe. You are doing a great job
with your life...Kim
