Description

This group will be a place for those aspiring to work and play more like their paleolithic brethren and sistren. There are other lists out there that talk about living a more paleolithic life in general and eating in a more paleolithic manner (both lists that I highly recommend), but this list will be for working and playing the paleo way! Know some good body weight exercises? How about weighted exercises that work on functional strength? Well then join up and share the knowledge!

Talk of food and living a paleo lifestyle are not verboten, especially where fitness is concerned, but I recommend joining the other lists for indepth food talk.
