Cognitive processing in monozygotic twins discordant for CFS

Twenty-one MZ twin pairs discordant for CFS were compared to 21 controls on the
NeuroCognitive Assessment Battery. Both CFS (+/-) twins performed worse than
controls on speed-dependent tests.
