Dear Jennifer:

This information is very helpful all in itself; and, additionally, there is an interesting and perhaps helpful connection here between the present proposed Bill and Senator Weldon, even in advance of reading it, which indeed will be fruitful on a number of fronts.

We can check here through this channel with Proponents of and Experts in the field of Hyperbarics.  Through email, I have asked some of them prevoiously in regard to Terri Schiavo, even at this later stage, whether intense oxygen treatment can still help, and the answer was yes, decidedly.  (It also is extremely promising regarding pain conditions and quite a few others; a field now rapidly expanding).

At the historic(a) mercury probelms / and  / (b) hyperbarics potentials  summit on the "Hill" in Washington, last year, indeed, Senator Weldon was a lead Speaker (again, as I recall; others here can clarify).  I am checking here to be sure that this was the Senator Weldon of whom we now speak. He surely does seem to care and to be very effective.  Others here can tell more. In any event let us look into this proposed legislation even if a bit later, the immediate focus being on Terri herself.

Best wishes and in support,

LDMF.
