Dear Angela Browning M.P and Stephen Ladyman, MP, Health and Social Care Minister
As I have clearly stated within all my previous emails to you both that there are 'no' specialist 'independent-advocacy' services available at local and national levels in the U.K for adults with neurodiverse impairments, like myself.
As I also said that my own MP Mr David Davis has not taken on my case and refused to 'actively-listen', about my case and other disability related issues for others too within the East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
As a disability neurodiverse user-led researcher, especially for Developmental Adult Neurodiversity Association (DANDA) and within the Disability Movement within the U.K and global movement I have just returned from 'Disability-Inclusion', Conference, called 'The Continuing Struggle for Inclusion Education and Community Living', organised by Bolton Institute Action Research Unit, University of Bolton and when I opened your email and felt devastated by your responses to my emails.
I was upset to read that you had not read my emails properly and this was evidence in your brief response to my emails, because I had clearly informed you that I have 'no' a independent advocate at the local level within the East Riding of Yorkshire and Hull locality and also that as I have expressed also I have had 'no' trusting relationship with David Davis, MP, because when I have approached him on numerous occasions within my case, since 1995 and hw has never responded appropriately within my case and 'not' ever 'actively-listening' to me like numerous professionals within my case all these years. He believes everything the East Riding of Yorkshire Council tell him without 'actively-listen' to me or ever carry-out a 'full-investigation' when it's clear that my Council and local NHS Trusts are 'not' carrying-out their public-obligations within my case and implementing my careplans and I am being continually 'neglected' and they are failing within their 'duty of care' within my case and I'm being denied and discriminated of my basic human and civil rights through the legal 'due-process'.
I feel that Mr Davis, MP has a very poor understanding of the full spectrum of Neurodiverse Impairments, especially ASD's and all other impairments too.
I also feel that you have not read my emails appropriately about East Riding of Riding Council Social Services Departments and all Local NHS Trusts and all other 'public-bodies and Government Departments and the Courts in the U.K, especially when I expressed that I don't have a social worker presently and only seen a social worker about 2 or 3 times in the last 4 years .
East Riding of Yorkshire Council would definitely 'not' provide me with a social worker or independent advocate to attend a meeting with Mr Davis, M.P, because as I have clearly stated I have 'no' service-provisions' that I've been assessed as needing 24/7, by East Riding of Yorkshire Council and all local NHS Trusts in which 'no' health and social care professionals have visited my home for nearly 3 years now and they all refuse to enter my home due to the 'health and safety' risk within my flat.
As I said even no repair men or any other Council workers or even Police Officers will enter my flat due to a 'risk-assessment' on my flat, but they expect me to live within this very poor filthy, cluttered and cold environment 24/7 where I have fungi and toadstools growing from my carpets within my hallway and these very poor squalid neglectful conditions are impacting on my over health and wellbeing.
Also, today I have been issued a Seeking Possession Order of my flat by East Riding of Yorkshire Council who intend to make me 'homeless', because I refused let 'public-funding', to be spent through Housing Benefit, on my present very poor squalid living environment where I am 'not' receiving any support and 'service-provisions' that I have been assessed as needing 24/7 to you and others on numerous occasions within my emails.
As I said Mr Adrian Whyatt, London, my peer-advocate and colleague from DANDA had spoken to you about my case and you promised him that you would take some 'positive-action' within my case and that is why I felt disappointed and really upset by your response to all my emails in my case.
I hope you can understand my reaction to your email and why I feel that I need to write this email to you.
I will send a copy of this email to Mr Whyatt and others within my case, with a copy of your response to my emails included below for their perusal and responses.
I hope to receive a more in-depth response on this occasion by you and Mr Ladyman, MP within my case to this email.
