From first hand knowledge and experience. I have yet to receive
"Equal protection of the Laws,as granted by U.S.
Constitution" nor "Due process of Law,as granted by federal and state
Laws".
I have lived in the State of California, since 1979 and can state
for absolute fact. I have,as of this date,received anything even close
to any type/kind of an ethical and/or legal hearing of any type/kind.
The State of California continues to knowingly commit
Fraud,Perjury,and Subornation of Perjury. Twice,not just once. Both my
Workers' Comp case and my car accident cases should ever have been
allowed to start,much less be illegally alowed to be sttled and closed.
And this state refuses to investigate either case. This
state,also,continues to allow one count of disposing of and/or
destroying known direct documentative evidence that proves crimes were
commited and by whom. This state,also, continues to allow known direct
documenttive evidence that proves crimes were commited and by whom,to be
kept illegally withheld/suppressed from becoming evidence in any court
of law,since 1992.
If there is one attorney,with ethics and integrity,who stands up for
the law and their client. I have yet to be able to find them. I have
been searching since 1992.
Every attorney I contact. As son as they hear my name. They refuse to
take my cases or they hang up on me.
This has been going on since 1992. When I do I get my
rights,benefits, medical for work injuries and car accident injuries??
When do I receive my right to an ethical and legal hearing for both of
these.
When do I receive my right to a fair,ethical,and legal hearing for
SSD?? I have two seperate filings. 1992 to 1994, every step of the
apeals process denied by same ALJ. 1994 to 1995,every step of the
appeals process denied by same ALJ. Appeals Council will do nothing
about either case of abruse of authority.
As the direct result of these proveable crimes commited,but refusal
of this state to up hold and enforce the law. I have been :

1) Handicapped since 1989.

2)Unemployable since 1992.

3) Without any type/kind of an income,since 1993 to date.

How can I possibly,ethically or morally, believe in or trust the law,law
enforcement,or the legal system,as long as,this allowed to continue???

The State of California has had full knowledge of all this,but refuses
to lift a finger to do anything about any the federal and state crimes
and rights violations knowingly commited against me from 1989 to this
very day.

But if I the only one,that would be a different story. But there how
many others just like me all across this great country of ours????

Something has to be done to protect,up hold and enforce the Law,for
and/or to every one the same and equally!!

Not just the wealthy,powerful,and influential people!!!!
