Greetings -
This important Rights - focusing discussion certainly seems to underscore persons with disabilities or imputed disabilities being caught "between a rock and a hard place" and not just in minor but in major life-quality contexts as well.
Doubtless those here could write out uncomfortable particulars and together bring forward as a contribution to enjoyment of human rights - a list of the kinds of "rock and hard place" squeeze often caused by the issues of hampered self-representation.
Your post on this is much appreciated, and inasmuch as Issues of *(enjoyment of right to) Self-Representation * as perhaps a bit different from *Autonomy* or *Self-Determination,* which can be hard to argue for unless all humans disabled or not can control their lives other than interdependently, I add this to the front of the Subject Line as an "also."
Looking forward to discussion and sending best wishes, :) LDMF.
P.S. The area of substituted decision making and different approaches of course is being discussed with feeling and deep thought on the lists.
