Dear all:
As one scans the news, it has been noted in many arenas and perhaps quite pertinent here re health care, that "globalization" means (e.g.) in one sense large and powerful agents uniting worldwide such as corporations and conglomerates. Another meaning is the people assembling.
It may be a dualism (?) we should keep in mind in assessing rules in any form and as they define and affect intended or even indirect beneficiaries.
The issues seem no longer specifically political and economic but, rather, cultural on many dimensions.
Share your ideas any time on how the interests of the fewer who 'have' can merge with those of the current, deserving 'have nots'.
