Joe and Kay have filed i a claim for wrongful death of their 15 year old

> supervision by the State of Idaho, raped and murdered Jane on 2/24/01.
> the County had a statutory duty to disseminate information about Jose to

They claim the did this by posting information on their website.

My questions are is the county at fault?
does it bother you that the State is not a party to the lawsuit?
Are the parents at fault?
What are your thoughts.. this one is going to trial soon.. I really need your
