Then she is 64 now and was 57 in 1995?

What kind of back complaints?
What kind of shape was she in? Did she exercise in any program or just daily living?

Most likely due to all the manipluations from the chiropractor (arth in neck)
Spasm are most likely due to a problem of not stretching or in any decent physical activity program.

Narrowing of which disc? All of them, or a particular one?

Years of walking and carrying herself wrong has led to a piss off sciatic nerve no doubt.

What injury or accident did she have between the MRI above and CT scan of 11/95?
Who does the MRI and CT scan if she is now going to a neurologist?

welcome to the world of a pinched nerve.

Why would a Neuro refer to an ortho for a spinal problem?

That is not the orthos fault. At the time they were okay to use.

Then why not refer back to nuero?

So she was not symtomatic or what?

If there was no nuerological problems, why do surgery?
Meanwhile what kind of therapy was this woman given?

Why is there a 2 day wait on looking further into the drainage?
Oh, never mind, there was a weeks wait looking into mine.........never mind

What was she doing for 5 days? PT, up and moving? Not able to? What kind of narcotics did they give her?

Welcome to a stay in the hospital. Been in one time that I have NOT gotten an infection.

What 13 other surgeries? Please let me know dates and reasons.

Could she do that before the surgery?

Welcome to long tern pain care.

There is no way to prove it wasn't.

Don't have the test results to see or an understanding of the chief and ongoing complaints to make that call.
Did she agree to the surgery and what were the reasons stated by the surgeon for doing this and not refering back to nuero for laminectomy?

Same thing I was told . It is a back problema dn as many DR that they get to say it was wrong, they will get to say it is right.
I had a paper of the doctors dictated by him saying he tore the root sleeve in the surgery, admitted it, and I was told there was still no case. So I do not see how she would have one based on this info.

She got fecal matter in her wound which is in the area of the incision. Maybe blaming the nurses for poor hygeneie is a better suit?

I am sorry if I sould callous Amy. I just do not know if there is a claim here. I also do not know the extent of her limitations now. Heck, I am still pretty darn active for a para and my body is falling apart slowly at 45. She was 57 when she started this and 64 now, I am not sure what she wants.
