RE: [paediatricsurgerytrainees] Trainee meeting and election, Oxford Neonatal course

Dear Milan,

Unfortunately the governor’s reception is too far away, so we wont be able to go to that as well. I hope you will find the trainee dinner more entertaining though!

There is also a President’s reception on the Thursday evening.

Dear Clare,

The Governor's reception at the Castle is on the 17th night as well. Are we planning to go for that and then for the trainee dinner ?

regards,

Milan

Newcastle

Dear All,
We are planning an excellent trainees session at BAPS in Graz (17th June) so even if you aren't presenting at the conference you should consider coming. The full timetable will be published shortly. If you have submitted an abstract for this session, we hope to let you know soon if it has been accepted.

If you are coming, please email Kate Billington at adminsec@... and post her a cheque for the trainees dinner (£25 for BAPS members, £30 for non-members). The trainee session is free.

Please also note that we will be holding an election for the new trainee rep at the trainee session - if you are interested in standing please let me know. If you are interested but cant come to the meeting, don't worry, we will represent you fairly! Please contact me if you would like to know more about what the post entails (email c.rees@...).

Finally, please don't forget about the Oxford Neonatal Surgical course, running form 6 to 10th July at St Anne's College in Oxford. This course is highly recommended, especially if you are coming near to sitting your exam, but you need to book ASAP. Contact pjohnson.pa@... for more details, or see the TRIPS website: http://www.trainee.baps.org.uk/page47/page47.html

I look forward to seeing you soon,
Best wishes,
Clare.
