I was wondering whether anyone could help.

I have submitted an abstract for 15th IPCC conference. I have not
received any confirmation of acceptance or rejection, but, I can find
my article in the conference programme.

Unfortunately this work has been accepted by CAPS already. The CAPS
acknowledgement came after the deadline for IPCC.

I am trying to contact IPCC team to explain the situation and
withdraw the paper from IPCC if they do not accept double
presentation.

I can't find any contacts from the website and I have not received
any emails from them.

If anyone else is presenting something in IPCC could you please let
me know how to contact the IPCC?
