Thanks to everyone who has pointed out that they couldn't
access the document on my last email, sorry about that.
Hopefully Abraham will be able to publish it on the TRIPS
website so you can all access it there. In future this
would be the most sensible way to dissmeniante information
to you. We will alert you via the email group when we
publish something new but would encourage you to access
the website regularly, the resources on it are impressive
and growing.
