I think its essential to train in more that one centre. Take
Manchester-Liverpool .... they are so very different but each has a
lot to offer. Training in just once place will result in a very narrow
minded surgeon - its good (?vital) to see that things can be done
differently (and I dont just mean operating, I include rotas, politics
etc).
